CreativeCore Mod for Forge supports Minecraft mods built for the Forge loader. Choose a Forge-specific CreativeCore .jar for your exact Minecraft game version and the dependency range required by your modpack.
Choose a CreativeCore Forge build
The filename identifies the loader, library release and game version. For example, CreativeCore_FORGE_v2.12.40_mc1.20.1.jar is the CreativeCore 2.12.40 Forge build for Minecraft 1.20.1. A higher library number does not make a different game-version build compatible.
Install CreativeCore in your Forge instance
Open the game folder for the Forge profile, then place the library .jar directly inside mods. Leave the file intact and remove any duplicate CreativeCore libraries before starting Minecraft.
Check the dependent mod requirements
The Forge mod that needs CreativeCore may specify a minimum version or a limited release range. Use that requirement together with the Minecraft version. One compatible library can serve several dependent mods when their requirements overlap.
Forge and NeoForge use separate downloads
Use the loader label shown on the release. Do not assume that a NeoForge or Fabric library can replace the Forge build simply because the Minecraft version matches.
Fix a CreativeCore Forge loading error
If Forge reports a missing or incompatible library, confirm the file is in the active profile's mods folder. Compare the version named in the error, remove duplicate libraries and try the launch again. The CreativeCore download section lists the hosted Forge build and its supported Minecraft version.
